Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gh66 ("gh66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gh66 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://gh66.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application versions thereof.

By accessing the gh66 platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor, or through any automated means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the gh66 platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register accounts on gh66.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gh66 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of gh66 or any of its affiliate companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must register only one (1) account on gh66. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

gh66 may require players to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested by gh66 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending successful completion of verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

gh66 supports a range of Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). gh66 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal.

• The minimum deposit amount on gh66 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gh66 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods or on behalf of another person.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. gh66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• gh66 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within hours during operational hours, while bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• gh66 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, gh66 may request additional documentation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

gh66 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, your bank, or any third-party intermediary. Once funds have been dispatched from the gh66 platform, the responsibility for delivery to your nominated payment method rests with that payment provider.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

gh66 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial deception directed at gh66 or other players.
• Use of any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on gh66, including but not limited to RNG manipulation attempts, pattern-exploitation scripts, or coordinated bet-hedging schemes.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-style games, deliberate match-fixing in sports betting markets, or any other form of coordinated play designed to deceive gh66 or other players.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the gh66 platform for financial gain. Players who discover technical errors are obligated to notify gh66 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour directed at gh66 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or any social platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gh66 platform — including but not limited to the gh66 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, data compilations, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of gh66 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the gh66 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of gh66. Unauthorised use of gh66 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Account Termination & Suspension

gh66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons or for any other reason at gh66's sole discretion.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by gh66, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable documentation during the KYC process.
• At the player's own request, including requests made through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting gh66 customer support.

Amendments to These Terms

gh66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their gh66 account or by a prominent notice on the gh66 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
